Delivery for Darning Repair Make Book

We will dispatch orders withn 5 days after we have received an order, and will use the Japan Post Office International Registered Air Mail, which takes 7-14 days depending on the destination.

Delivery for Scarves, Gloves, Ties and Hats

We dispatch orders only on Thursdays and Fridays from London, England.  Please ensure that we receive your order no later than 1pm UK time on Wednesday to ensure that it goes out in that week’s dispatch.

For U.K. orders:  We use either Recorded Delivery Post Service, which takes 1-2 working days or Parcel Force Delivery Service, which also takes 1-2 working days.

For International orders: We use the UK Post Office Recorded Delivery Air Mail Service or FedEx, which takes 3-14 days depending on the destination.  The international shipping charge excludes customs clearance charges and import taxes.  If goods are returned to us by the Post Office because the customs and import charges have not been paid, we will charge you for any costs we incur as a result.
