Return and Refund or Replacement for U.K customers :

We are happy to exchange products if they are returned in unused condition and in their original packing within 7 days of receipt by the customer.

Faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt by the customer, and may be exchanged or refunded.

Return and Refund or Replacement for non U.K customers :

We only accept returns of faulty products from non-UK customers. 

We will give a full refund for faulty products.
